This here is the story of my life. I've been beaten, stabbed, sexually molested and mentally abused for the first 18 years of my existence. The military taught me how to bully back. I tried that for a few years after leaving the Army. Six years was enough for them to tell me I wasn't a good fit. Drugs, alcohol, shitty financial decisions I did it all until I found myself getting released from the psych ward of the local hospital in 04. Tried religion for a decade. Didn't work. Got married a second time in 2005. Then the Rona arrived. Four years I would battle the demons that told me each day to kill myself. I will tell my tale of 2024 thru my current breakthrough within these blogs.
I've a lot to say. Glad you're here and remember NOW is the most important time of your life.

About us
Jeffery McClintock was born in Wooster, OH. Raised on the farms of western Virginia he entered military service upon graduating from Fort Chiswell High School in Max Meadows, VA in 1995.
He would serve four years at the Army's National Training Center at Ft. Irwin, CA finishing off his military career with a two-year stint with the storied 101st Airborne Division. Even with hindsight he remains resolute that the Army revolves around the Infantry.
He married his best friend, Shelly, in 2005. She is the creator and owner of Pioneer Coaching and Consulting. Together they have traveled many miles, shared lots of memories and shenanigans along the way. They are looking forward to many more! Together they form a dynamic team.
They currently reside in Buchanan, VA with Casey and Riley, aka the fur babies!
